Destination Happiness is my passion project.  After suffering with debilitating anxiety and depression in my late 20's I vowed to understand what got me into that state, how I could get out of it and how I could stay out of it.

My research led me to understand is that happiness is a skill you can practice and get better at.

I decided to combine my passion for mental health with my current career in television and hence came up with the concept for Destination Happiness. I describe it as Oprah meets Better Homes and Gardens. Fast moving  predictable segments that inspire, uplift, educate and support.

We have now finished our 3rd season nationally on Channel 9 and it has just started selling around the world on the Discovery network.
